We love to eat and we love delicious! Meals are important for us as a family because it is a time to bond and connect. I personally enjoy cooking and so do my girls. Cooking together can be as bonding as our eating time, we use it also for hand therapy. #pediatricstrokesurvivor
“Our friend Teresa shared this recipe with us and we have loved making and eating every bit of it. It is easy, delicious and extremely healthy. My husband loves it for breakfast with soy milk and my oldest daughter likes it on top of her fruit salad. On the other hand my youngest is not a big fan of it yet, but I know she will be. She loves making it with me and of course it is an opportunity to do Occupational Therapy too.”
